Please note that any cancellation should be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will lose the session and be subject to a fee of $40.00.
We offer change on treatments within the same price range
There are no refunds on package treatments except in extreme medical emergencies or pregnancy. If the client does not show up for their treatment, the file expires after 1 year. In the case where a refund is given, 15% of the total cost of the treatment is deducted in addition to the cost of the treatments which already have been redeemed.
